My wife and I are considering staying in Corsica for a week in the middle of February. Our adult children (no kids) would be meeting us there. We would mainly just want to be together and get reacquainted. Any suggestions--what part of the island, simple but enjoyable events, weather, good wine and food, etc.

Calvi would be a good choice I think. Whether won't be perfect in February, but still better down in Balagne than somewhere in the mountains. Avoid small villages, because the offer virtually no tourist services off-season.
