Recommendation for a remote valley/mountain to explore

I'm a mountaineer who likes to explore wild places. I've done the GR20 - which is great, and I'm coming back to Corsica for two weeks mid June.

Recommend me the wildest, most remote, and beautiful places you've been in Corsica. Or that valley or peak that you've never been to, but glimpsed through the trees, and thought to yourself "That looks fantastic".

Impassable peaks and pathless valleys would be ideal.

I heard that some people were doing the ridge from Monte Corona - Capu Ladroncellu - Col d'Avartoli - Punta Ghialla - Punta Mezzagnu - Capu a u Carrozzu - Capu di A Marcia - A Muvrella (peak). It can be very challenging (but I really don't know much about it).

Another "interesting" ridge is from Punta Minuta to Capu Larghia - Punta Crocetta - Punte des Ebulis - Mount Cinto - and further than that up until Capu a u Verdatu.

So there you go. Wild, remote and challenging places.

Michele,

Thank you. Very interesting. They both look to be strong, logical ridge lines.

As moderator, is there a way to change the title of this thread to "Recommendation for a remote valley/mountain to explore"?
