My gear list

Hi,

I hope I will be alright with all of these items. I'm still rethinking the camera and the water treatment, because I have an iPhone and the quality of the water may be ok. I'm just worried about viruses and bacteria. At home I hike with a Mini Sawer..
After adding food and water, I don't want my backpack to weigh over 12kg.

Very interesting...at a quick glance....the figures are not in front of me now.
Your in the sack weight including the rucksack is around 8 kgs. plus food say 2 kgs. plus 2 liters of water 2 Kgs. so around 12 kgs. on your back?

My own, on the back, from past experiences are 15 kgs. plus food 2kgs. plus water 2kgs. so around 19kgs on my back.

How I wish I could slim it all down to somewhere close to your figure. :-)

Hi Kaz,

Your list is almost exactly the same as mine although I am taking a few less clothes (washing those worn during the day every day). I've got a Sawyer Mini filter just in case.

Hopefully we've got the right gear!

Hi John,

I'm going to make more changes for sure when I get to Europe.

Thanks,
