Refund for a booking incorrectly done

Hello!

I booked for all the refuges in the way and there was one that I did by mistake. I sent an email to the direction that they put along with the invoice (regieparc@net-c.com), but I got no answer.

Could anybody tell me how the request of refunds is done? I think I sent it to the wrong address.
