Hei there,

we plan to do the north part starting next tuesday. I checked the weather and it seems to be quite rainy at the whole island. although I know that a forecast for more than two days especially in the mountains is not very trustworthy, I was wondering if you recommend to start the tour? Or to wait for better weather? Or to skip it?

I checked here https://www.tameteo.com/meteo-Europe-France-Corse-Haute+Corse-1-1-135-27...

and on some other pages...

thanks very much for your help...

I start my trip on Sunday, 3rd from Calenzana and believe that this forecast is not valid :D
Here you have mountain forecast for example for Monte Cinto on the 2000 meters above sea level
: https://www.mountain-forecast.com/peaks/Monte-Cinto/forecasts/2000

There is night rain in most of the days only. The same situation is for two other Corsician peaks on this page.
You can check it here https://www.mountain-forecast.com/subranges/corsica/locations

Probably it's not possible to avoid rain at all but short rain it's not a problem. The problem is when you walk entire day in the rain and don't see beautiful landscapes.

Thanks for your answer and the links!

I came to the same conclusion. Seems like there will be rain in the afternoon/nights, which ist totally fine.
