Public transport on July 14

I'm planning to fly in to Corsica on July 14. That being France's national holiday, I was wondering what public transportation is available on that day. I've looked at the bus website and from what I can divine there are no buses on Sundays, and probably not on public holidays. But I'm not 100% sure. What I'm not sure of is whether the trains run, and if they do, on what schedule? The Sunday schedule?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Where do you want to reach from Bastia?
If you want to get down to the start of the GR20 In Conca?
The Rapides Bleus bus runs twice a day 0830 or at 1600 from Bastia down the East coast....leave the bus at Sainte Lucie-de- Porto-Vecchio.
The Timetable says 7/7.

Thanks for suggestion Gaffr. I had planned to fly into Figari airport and take the bus to Porto Vecchio and then from there arrange a pick up to Conca. I'm not so sure about the timetable of that bus though.
