Getting to/from the GR-20 through a luggage checking

Hi

My plan was to take
a flight Marseille,
ferry to Porto Vecchio,
walk the trail to the north
take flight from Calvi to Paris and stay there couple of days.

I realized that I need to take some of-trek clothing for Paris.

Can you recommend an alternate route where I visit the same place twice and check-in some luggage for a period of two weeks?

Maybe take a ferry to Ajaccio, leave luggage in there,
take bus to Porto Vecchio, walk the trail and then take train to Ajaccio and flight to Paris from AJA?

Is the mid-term luggage checking in Ajaccio?
What do you think? any other option?

The bus connections between Ajaccio and Porto Vecchio and Between Calvi and Ajaccio are not very good. Bastia should be a better base camp -- Porto Vecchio can be more easily accessed by bus from there and you can go back to Bastia from Calvi by train.

If you don't already have the flights booked, you can do what I did, which is leave things in Nice, take a ferry to Corsica, then return to Nice (by ferry from wherever you finish walking) for the flight to Paris.
