Southern part of GR20
Hi all,
I would like to walk on the GR20 in corsica, but I'm not staying long enough to do the whole thing. I was thinking of doing 2 or 3 stages in the southern part, as this is where I will mostly stay. I think I will be leaving my car in the town where we'll start, so the last stage should stop in a town with a bus connection to the 1st. Given these constraints, any recommandations on what part of the GR20 we should do? Any comments/cristicism/advices more than welcome. Thanks in advance

Well, there are only so many places you can leave your car and start walking. These are, from north to south:
1. Calenzana
2. Haut Asco
3. Hotel Castel di Vergio
4. Vizzavona
5. Bergeries de Capanelle
6. Refuge di Verdi
6. Bavella
7. Conca
A good option IMO would be to leave the car ar refuge di Verdi, then walk 3 stages (albeit, long and tough ones) to bavella, and then get back to refuge di verdi. This is in case you can find public transportation to the refuge. If not, another option would be to leave your car in Cozzano and start in refuge d'Usciolu (around 5km), then walk to bavella via dAsinau (2 stages) or add the stage to Conca and make it 3.
