Hi guys!
I'm Alessandro from Pisa, Italy.
I'm planning a GR20 walk for the middle of September, possibly not alone.
So far I've contacted a few friends of mine, but no one seems to be decided to do it (or at least, they are thinking a lot about it).

I'd like to walk the whole trail, from the North to the South, or viceversa if we prefere.
I've already been in Corsica once, and walked along the GR20 for a short part, in the middle, but I've never attempted such a long and tough trekking experience.

I'm not an usual trekker, but I'm practising MTB freeride around the "Monti Pisani" and snowboard during the winter.
Anyway, I'm planning several walks in the next few weeks, simulating the GR20's single stages, just to keep trained.

I'd like to start 17th of September from Livorno, getting there during the day and starting the GR20 the following day.

If you are interested to share this experience, we can talk about that and try to plan something together.

Cheers.
Alessandro
