45 highest Corsican mountains

Although Corsica is often called the mountains in the sea, finding out what are the highest summits of the island isn’t that easy. Géographie de la Corse in the French Wikipedia lists just few examples. German Wikipedia comes with this top seven:

Monte Cinto (2706 m)
Monte Rotondo (2622 m)
Punta Minuta (2556 m)
Paglia Orba (2525 m)
Monte d’Oro (2389 m)
Monte Renoso (2352 m)
Capu Tafunatu (2343 m)

An excellent article about Corsican mountains by Gangolf Haub on SummitPost.org states that “50 summits reach more than 2000m in elevation with Monte Cinto being the highest one.” English Wikipedia agrees with “Monte Cinto as the highest peak at 2706m,” however then mentions only “20 other summits of more than 2000m.” Where is the truth?

I took a couple of maps and made my own list of 45 peaks of Corsica that are higher than 2000 metres. The list is not complete and the real number probably exceeds 50. For instance there are at least five other peaks over 2000 m in the ridge of Monte Cinto and Paglia Orba, and another ones around Monte d’Oro. I did not include them, because they are difficult to identify exactly enough in my maps.

Lingkup aktivitas bisnis sangatlah luas. Akan tetapi pada dasarnyaaktivitas tersebut terdiri dari produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi.Masing-masing aktivitas ini memiliki teori tersendiri. Salah satunyaadalah distribusi yang mana aktivitas distribusi ini berarti pemindahantempat barang atau jasa dari produsen ke konsumen.
Dalam usaha untuk memperlancar arus barang dan jasa dariprodusen ke konsumen, maka faktor penting yang tidak bolehdiabaikan adalah memilih secara tepat saluran distribusi (channel ofdistribution).
Keputusan perusahaan dalam memilih saluran distribusi akanmenentukan bagaimana cara produk yang dibuatnya dapat dijangkauoleh konsumen. Perusahaan mengembangkan strategi untukmemastikan bahwa produk yang didistribusikan kepada pelangganberada pada tempat yang tepat.Untuk itu perlu adanya pemahaman tentang saluran distribusi yangtepat dalam sebuah usaha. Saluran distribusi adalah saluran yangdigunakan oleh produsen untuk menyalurkan produk sampai ke konsumen atau berbagai aktivitas perusahaan yang mengupayakanagar produk sampai ke tangan konsumen

Dalam kegiatan distribusi terdapat pihak yang disebut distributor.Distributor adalah orang atau lembaga yang melakukan kegiatandistribusi atau disebut juga pedagang yang membeli/mendapatkanproduk barang dagangan dari tangan pertama (produsen) secaralangsung. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan barang,distributor melakukan pembelian barang dagangan ke produsen.Dengan adanya jual beli tersebut kepemilikan barang berpindah kepadapihak distributor. Kemudian barang yang telah menjadi miliknyatersebut dijual kembali kepada konsumen.

Distributor dapat berupa pedagang atau makelar. Pedagang adalahseseorang atau lembaga yang membeli dan menjual barang kembalitanpa merubah bentuk dan tanggungjawab sendiri dengan tujuan untukmendapatkan keuntungan. Pedagang ini dapat dibedakan menjadi duayaitu pedagang besar dan pedagang eceran. Pedagang berhak untukmenentukan harga atau keuntungan yang diinginkan. Namun pedagangtidak diperkenankan untuk berbuat zalim yang dapat menjerumuskanpembeli.

Pengertian Pengiriman
Definisi pengiriman adalah kegiatan mendistribusikan produkbarang dan jasa produsen kepada konsumen. Pengiriman adalah kegiatanpemasaran untuk memudahkan dalam penyampaian produk dari produsenkepada konsumen. Manfaat pengiriman berdasarkan definisi sebelumnyaadalah kegiatan pengalih pindah tangan kepemilikan suatu barang ataujasa. Kegiatan pengiriman menciptakan arus saluran pemasaran atau arussaluran pengiriman. Distributor adalah orang yang melaksanakan kegiatanpengiriman. Distributor bertugas menghubungkan antara kegiatanproduksi dan konsumsi.

Menurut Mikael (2016) kegiatan penpengirimanan secara tidaklangsung secara actual sudah sering kali dijumpai dalam kehidupan sehari– hari, dari kebanyakan pihak produsen sendiri tidak mampu untukmenangani masalah pengiriman tanpa dibantu oleh beberapa penyedia jasapengiriman itu sendiri. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut produsententunya membutuhkan mitra bisnis yang mumpuni untuk menanganipenyaluran pengiriman yang baik agar produk dan jasa yang diberikandapat dengan cepat diraskan dampaknya oleh konsumen selaku targetpasar dari produsen itu sendiri.

Dalam konsep pengiriman ada dua hal yang berperanmensukseskan pengiriman, yaitu produsen dan konsumen. Dimanaprodusen sebagai bagian prinsipal berperan agar suatu produk dapatdipengirimankan secara merata. Sementara untuk sudut pandangkonsumen sendiri ingin mendapatkan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkandengan mudah. Kedua sudut pandang ini yang memiliki benang merahberupa kedekatan dan kemudahan.
